Queen Elizabeth National Park is Uganda’s most popular destination. Its a favorite spot for the classic Big 5 safaris among-st other wildlife experiences. The park features sprawling savanna, shady, humid forests, sparkling lakes, fertile wetlands, make it the ideal habitat for classic big game, 10 primate species including chimpanzees and approximately 600 birds species.
The park is set against the backdrop Rwenzori Mountains. You get to experience thrills, magnificent and picturesque views of its dozens of enormous craters carved dramatically into rolling green hills, sights of Kazinga Channel lined with hippos, buffalo and elephants on its banks. The endless Ishasha plains host numerous fig trees in which lions hide ready to pounce on preys.
